32 years ago, the parents of visual artist and filmmaker Jakrawal Nilthamrong experienced a debilitating car accident. The life-changing event serves as this film's raison d'être: a rumination on life's unpredictability, and how it goes on regardless of overwhelming tragedies. Eschewing standard narrative, this meditative and atmospheric work follows several protagonists such as a photojournalist witnessing a grisly crime re-enactment; and a factory owner whose existential crisis leads to infidelity and alienation from his family.
